Wisconsin Schools of Oom Yung Doe Celebrate World Tai Chi Day Saturday April 18th, 2009 to benefit the Milwaukee Women’s Center
On Saturday, April 18th come help us celebrate World Tai Chi Day and help those families who are victims of domestic violence. For a monetary or “Wish List” donation, attendees will learn Tai Chi movements and QI Gong breathing techniques. These movements are world renowned for helping to increase energy, relieve stress, and create peace of mind. The movements are slow and with no impact so anyone, of any age, in any condition can see benefits.
Lessons will be held at each of the two Wisconsin Schools of Oom Yung Doe on Saturday April 18th, 2009. Lessons will start each hour beginning at 10am through 1pm, and run approximately 45 minutes. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Advance registration for individuals and groups is recommended. Walk ins are also welcomed the day of the event. Stop in or call either of our Wisconsin schools. To see all the “Wish List” items needed, visit the Milwaukee Women’s Center website at http://www.mwcinc.org/
