Whitefish Bay, WI, March 13, 2009: The Whitefish Bay Business Improvement District is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Oom Yung Doe located at 308 E. Silver Spring Drive, Whitefish Bay.
Oom Yung Doe is a traditional martial arts school that teaches 8 different forms of martial arts including Bagwa Chung, Udo (Jiu Jitsu), Ai Ki Do/Hap Ki Do, Tai Chi Chung, Goong Bu (Kung Fu), Kong Su (Tae Kwon Do), Ship Pai Gae and Kom Do in order to improve an individual’s physical and mental abilities in addition to the standard benefits associated with martial arts as a self defense tool.
Oom Yung Doe will hold its Grand Opening Ceremony on Saturday, March 21, 2009 beginning with a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring Village President Kathleen Pritchard, Whitefish Bay BID Chairman Tom Stuhlmacher and various business owners and followed by complimentary refreshments, Tai Chi lessons and demonstrations.
